FAQs

How do I order? 

Feel free to order directly through our website or send an email to snackboardsocial@gmail.com with your desired date/size and any other information we should know!

Where are you located?

We are located in south St Marys County, MD. We offer meetups, pickup, and (limited) delivery within the county. 

 

Can you make a large board or grazing table for my party? 

Yes! Visit our Events page or contact me directly at snackboardsocial@gmail.com to get more information about our custom boards, tables, and contact reduced options. 

Do you customize boxes? 

We will customize boxes to most dietary restrictions. This includes vegetarian, gluten-free,  vegan, etc... However, our food is stored and prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of exposure to potential allergens. Customers with extreme sensitivities should exercise personal judgment when consuming. If you prefer not to have something in your box (e.g. no olives, tomatoes, etc.) please let me know when you place your order. 

How do I know what size to order? 

Our portion sizes are designed to be heavy appetizers. If you would like to feature a box or board as a main course, I recommend ordering for the next size up. Feel free to reach out if you need help deciding what size to order! 

Do you deliver? 

Yes! We offer pickup/delivery options in Southern Maryland (St Mary’s County).  Snack Box delivery is currently only offered on Friday and Saturdays unless otherwise arranged. I also offer a scheduled meetup for no additional fee (a small fee may apply for deliveries). If you need a board for a different day, please contact me.  

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We try to cater to all payment types. Currently, we accept Credit Card, Venmo, CashApp, & PayPal. If you would prefer a different payment method or to pay in cash, please let me know when you place your order.  

What’s in a snack box? 

Our ingredients change seasonally/weekly! That’s what makes this fun! Each box features charcuterie, gourmet cheeses, seasonal produce, olives/pickles, packaged crackers, and sweets. We're also happy to offer vegetarian, vegan, and nut-free options- the perfect snack for everyone!  

Do the boxes travel well? 

Yes! If not being consumed within 2 hours, boxes should be refrigerated. I recommend removing the dry, crunchy items to prevent them from becoming soggy or stale. For optimal freshness, consume within 24hrs! 

Are your ingredients local? 

We try to source local ingredients as often as we can! We believe in supporting local farmers and other small businesses. So, often the goodies found in your boxes and boards come right from the state you call home! 

What is your cancelation policy?

We get it, things happen! (Trust me, I have a toddler...) We are happy to try and reschedule if you are unable to receive your order.

  • Weekend Boxes- 48hr cancelation notice required for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued to cancellations requested less than 48hrs of the scheduled pickup date.

  • Events/Custom Orders- TBD

Allergy Statement- 

We have many customers with allergies and are more than happy to accommodate! For liability purposes, we must note that our products are prepared and processed in a facility with the risk of exposure to potential allergens. Customers with extreme sensitivities should exercise personal judgement when consuming.
