Our Story
Hi, I am Meredith- the woman behind the board.
A proud Virginia Beach native who now calls Southern Maryland home, my family was brought here by the Navy in 2011 and the rest is history!
Food is the center of my home and the way to my heart. Seriously, there is always something cooking or curing at our house.
The idea for Snack Board Social came to me when I made my first cheese board for Christmas in 2019. It was so simple but made me so proud. Fast forward to March 2020- quarantined with a toddler and a full pantry, snacking became an almost everyday occurrence. Building Snack Boards became a great creative outlet (honey, let me tell you, I do not consider myself creative AT ALL) and an even better way to introduce new, healthy snacks to my toddler. That’s when my second baby was born- Snack Board Social.
I believe snacking should always be an experience for everyone! Something that brings people together, filling their stomachs and souls. Our Snack Boards and Boxes feature familiar favorites, as well as unexpected finds, that the whole family can enjoy!
